MB Rotational Chop (Left to Right)

MB Rotational Chop (Right to Left)

MB Standing Twists

MB Deadlift to Press

MB Crunch

MB Crunch w/ alt legs

MB Russian Twist

MB Burpees w/ Press

Use Medicine Ball from 6 -15 lbs.

Complete 20 reps of each exercise for a total of 200 reps

Move from one exercise to the next with no rest between
